Bright, even, pale yellow with a light green hue. The nose is full and perfumed, with aromas of citrus, apple, jasmine and frangipani. Medium-bodied, off-dry to taste, aromas of baked apple, lime and mandarin, entwined with citrus zest, jasmine and frangipani. Invigorating acidity balanced by sweetness, unfolding stony minerals, and lending a crisp, fresh finish. Match with steamed prawns and pork hock over the next 5+ years.
