Sprig Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2010

Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 11-Feb-2011
Value label for Bouldevines. Cold fermented to 13.5% alc. and 2.67 g/L rs, on lees for a couple of months. Pale straw yellow with green hues, the bouquet has an amalgam of herbs, gooseberry, passionfruit and a touch of asparagus and pungency. Dry on palate, and showing a little alcohol body on impact, this is an up-front wine showing plenty of varietal flavour. The wine finishes firmly and is dry. This is one to drink and enjoy now. 16.5-/20 Nov 2010 RRP $14.95
