Bright, even, medium yellow gold. The nose is full, with aromas of lemon, apricot, beeswax, honey and rich floral. Medium-full bodied, sweet to taste, aromas of lemon and apricot melded with honey, beeswax, wildflowers and flint. The unctuous mouthfeel carries flinty phenolics and beeswax along an invigorating acid drive, lending a moreish finish. Match with grilled pineapple and baked camembert over the next 5 years.
