SOHO ‘White Collection’ Marlborough Pinot Gris 2013

Pinot Gris from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 14-Aug-2013
Very pale, blushed straw colour, near colourless on rim. The bouquet is fresh and clean with light white florals and stonefruits lifted by esters and confectionary notes. Dry to taste and light-bodied, delicate white florals show with a core of white stonefruit flavours. The mouthfeel is crisp and zesty with racy acidity enlivening the subtly textured palate line. The flavours flow to a bracing, refreshingly dry finish. This is a light, racy, dry Pinot Gris with floral notes. Serve as an aperitif and with shellfish over the next 2-3 years. Predominantly Awatere fruit with Wairau, cool-fermented to 14.0% alc. and 4.5 g/L RS. 16.5/20 Aug 2013 RRP $20.00
