Clear, even pale yellow. The nose is vibrant and distinctive, with aromas of passionfruit, lime interweave lemongrass and elderflower. Medium-bodied, passionfruit and lime have a taut core, fragranced lemongrass and elderflower lift the palate and subtle citrus peels unfold. The mouthfeel is fine and delicate with fine-textured phenolics; vibrant acidity carries aromas effortlessly to a refreshing finish. This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc possesses tropical fruit, lemongrass and elderflower on a fine-textured mouthfeel.
