Bright, even, pale yellow. This has a youthful and vibrant bouquet, bursting with green apple, white cassis, lime and lemongrass. Medium-light bodied, aromas of lime, green apple and white cassis form a taut core., unfolding lemongrass, cardamom and sea salt. Fine-textured phenolics contribute to a silky flow, along with lively acidity and delicate spice, lending a savoury closing.
