Bright, even, pale blush pink. The nose is soft and fresh, with aromas of strawberry, pomegranate and cherry blossom. Light-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of strawberry and cherry melded with cherry blossom and rose. The fruit is clean and crunchy, along with juicy acidity, and carries a refreshing, thirst-quenching closing. Serve as an aperitif and match with sushi over the next 2-3 years.
