Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is full, with aromas of lily, pear, quince and a light spice dusting. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of pear and quince, intermixed with lily and subtle fennel. This wine is packed with succulent fruit and bloom, elegantly flowing on a lightly oily mouthfeel. Lively acidity lends a crisp, dry finish. Match with sardines and siu mai over the next 3 years. Fermented in stainless steel to 13% alc, 4.5 g/l RS, rested on light lees for 3 months. 18+/20 pts (91 pts) Aug 2026 RRP $22
