Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is full, with aromas of gooseberry, fresh cut grass, guava, blossom and white pepper. Medium-bodied, aromas of guava and peach, elevated by cut grass, blossom and a touch of pepper. The fruit is lush and flavoursome, a sleek textured mouthfeel flows with a gentle line of salivating acidity and drives a lengthy finish. An enticing Sauvignon Blanc, packed with lush fruit and a smooth-flowing palate. Match with scallops and whitefish over the next 3+ years.
