Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is delicate, with aromas of apple, pear, lifted blossom and gentle spice. Medium-light bodied, aromas of apple and Nashi pear, intertwined with a touch of grapefruit, alongside blossom and gentle spice. This Pinot Gris has an elegant flow with silky-textured phenolics and fresh acidity, the fruit is crunchy with brightness, elevated by a subtle note of spice. A well-balanced and sleek Pinot Gris with bright fruit and charm. Match with dim sum and whitefish over the next 3+ years. Fermented to 13% alc. 18.5+/20 pts (94 pts) Aug 2026 RRP $32
