Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is full, with aromas of melon, stonefruit, struck-match and toast. Medium-full bodied, aromas of peach, nectarine and melon, entwined with vanilla, toasted hazelnut and struck-match. The creamy mouthfeel is well-balanced with fresh acidity; adorned with ripe fruit and toasty elements, lending a long, bold finish. Match with roasted pork and grilled chicken over the next 5+ years.
