Review Date : 05-Jul-2022
Bright, even, very pale blush-pink. The nose is full and fresh, with expressive aromas of passionfruit and gooseberries intermixed with a hint of strawberries, sweet floral and herbs. Light-bodied, fresh aromas of passionfruit and strawberries entwined with sweet floral and a hint of basil. Creamy mouthfeel flows with subtle phenolics and spice supported by salivating acidity. This is a refreshing Sauvignon Rosé burst with vibrant freshness and acidity. Match with pasta primavera and sushi over the next 2 years. A blend of 94% Sauvignon Blanc & 6% Pinot Noir, fermented in stainless steel tanks to 13% alc, 3.9 g/l RS. 17.5+/20 pts (89 pts) July 2022 RRP $20
