Lightly hazy, even, pale yellow. The nose is enticing, with aromas of stonefruit, citrus, pineapple, warm nuts and a touch of spice. Medium-bodied, aromas of lemon, grapefruit, pineapple and peach uplifted by a creamy, fluid mouthfeel, entwined with integrated warm nuts and zesty spice. The wine has an effortless, harmonious flow, creamy but not cloying; soft yet fresh acidity carrying good energy and zesty spice to a thoughtful, charming finish. Match with butter-poached cod and scallops over the next 6 years.
