Deep, full ruby-red, slightly lighter on the rim. This has an attractive, pure bouquet, with aromas of plum and bramble interweaving floral and spice. Full-bodied, aromas of plum and blackberry entwined with savoury elements, unfolding liquorice, cardamom, black pepper and violet. The fruit shows layers, power and concentration yet lift with a violet scent. Excellent acidity and fine-grained tannins provide structure and vitality.
