Review Date : 13-Aug-2024
Moderately deep crimson, lighter on edge. The nose is gently full, with aromas of black cherry, strawberry, thyme, cinnamon and clove. Medium-bodied, aromas of black cherry and strawberry melded with pomegranate, thyme, cinnamon and clove. Smooth, supple tannins lightly adorn a creamy palate; invigorating acidity provides a juicy flow and an appetising finish. This Pinot Noir is charming and vibrant with bright fruit on a smooth textured mouthfeel. Match with pork and duck over the next 3-5 years. Fruit from the Southern Valleys, fermented to 12.5% alc. 18+/20 pts (91 pts) Aug 2024 RRP $24
