Bright, even, pale yellow. This has a gently rich bouquet with aromas of baked pear, toffee apple, jasmine and soft spice. Medium-full bodied, aromas of baked pear and toffee apple melded with jasmine and a touch of ginger. The ripe fruit shows weight and richness. Lively acidity flows with ease and carries fine-textured phenolics to a moreish finish. Match with spicy pork mince and prawn tacos over the next 3 years.
