Bright, very pale straw colour with slight green hues. This has a tightly bound nose of cut grass and pungent passionfruit along with minerally detail, unfolding some tropical fruit elements with aeration. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, softly interwoven flavours of passionfruit, tropical fruits and minerals are expressed gently and harmoniously on an attractively balance palate. A fine phenolic thread and restrained, lacy acid underlines the fruit, leading the wine to a subtly flavoured, smooth and lingering finish. This is a soft-textured, smooth flowing and harmoniously balanced Sauvignon Blanc with passionfruit and tropical fruit flavours. This has a full, softly voluminous nose of ripe, pungent passionfruit and tropical fruit aromas with lifted youthful fermentation esters harmoniously intertwined, revealing nuances of confectionary and sweet herbs. Dry to taste and medium-light bodied, ethereal and aromatic, lifted fruit flavours of passionfruit, herbs and sweet red capsicums are gently melded, forming a moderately deep heart. The mouthfeel is soft in texture and smooth flowing with delicately crisp, lacy acidity enlivening the palate and providing an energetic line with good freshness and tension. The wine carries gently to an aromatic finish that blossoms with ethereal herb notes. This is a soft and gently voluminous Sauvignon Blanc with lifted aromatics and pungent passionfruit flavours on a lively palate. Serve with seafood and Asian cuisine over the next 2 years.
