Sacred Hill ‘HALO’ Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2010

Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 16-Jun-2013
This wine has a very youthful pale straw yellow colour and medium-full bouquet of passionfruit, herbs and gooseberries. There is an attractive ripeness apparent to the nose. Dry to taste with 0.64 g/L rs, this has good body and depth at 13.0% alc., as well as a sweet lusciousness in the fruit expression. Still tightly bound, there is nevertheless a lovely rich texture as well as brightness. Drink this very good, refreshing wine with seafood and salads over the next 2 years. Made from Wairau Valley fruit cool-fermented in stainless-steel. 17.5-/20 Dec 2010 RRP $24.90
