Bright, even, pale yellow gold. Moderately fine and consistent bead. The nose is fresh, with aromas of stonefruit, cherry, pink peppercorn and bread dough. Medium-light bodied, aromas of nectarine, cherry and raspberry melded with pink peppercorn and yeasty autolysis. The fruit has a taut core, showing red fruit and pepper with a zingy acidity. A lightly chalky texture flows with good energy to a refreshing finish. A vibrant sparkling with a red fruit core and spice with creamy complexity. Serve as an aperitif or match with prawns over the next 2-3 years. 100% Pinot Noir methode traditionnelle, 15 months on lees, 4 g/l dosage.
