Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is lush and full, with ripe pear, apple, blossom and spice aromas. Medium-full bodied, dry to taste, aromas of Peckham pear, green apple entwined with apple blossom and crystallised ginger. Refreshing acidity lengthens and elevates the fruit, flaunting purity and delicate spice on the finish.
