Bright, even, pale yellow colour. The nose is soft with good energy, aromas of tropical fruit interweave rose and spice. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of lychee and rambutan intermixed with pear, ginger, rose and delicate florals. The palate is clean and fresh with a hint of sweetness and balanced acidity; ginger spice softly carries to an elegant finish. This is an amiable Gewurztrimner with excellent freshness and fruit, adorned by spice and floral details on a soft, delicate palate. Match with yellow curry over the next 3 years.
