Bright, very pale straw colour with light green hues, near colourless on rim. The bouquet is fresh and clean with deep, pungent passionfruit aromas, tightly concentrated, revealing minerally elements. Dry to taste and medium-light bodied, flavours of passionfruit, gooseberries and grassy show with juiciness and succulence. The fruit is enlivened by crisp and racy acidity and drives the flavours along a fine, textured, dry line. The mouthfeel tends towards dryness and is thirst-quenching as the flavours flow towards the back palate. Lifted esters and white florals are sustained and lingering on the finish. This is a fresh, concentrated and pungent Sauvignon Blanc with racy acidity. Serve with seafood, poultry and Mediterranean inspired fare over the next 2 years.
