Bright, even, pale coral pink. The nose is gently full, with aromas of strawberry, rhubarb and a touch of blossom. Medium-light bodied, aromas of strawberry and rhubarb melded with blossom and saline. The red fruit is elevated by a touch of salinity, along with fresh acidity, driving a thirst-quenching finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with copper over the next 2-3 years. Fermented to 13.5% alc. 18+/20 pts (91 pts) Maty 2026 RRP $40
