Rosell Boher Metodo Tradicional Grand Cuvee Millesimee 2015, Argentina

Sparkling Wine from Argentina
Review Date : 27-May-2022
Bright, even, pale salmon with depth; and moderately bubbles and beads. This nose is softly vibrant with aromas of cherry, tamarillo melded with sweet floral, biscuit and coconut. Elegantly presented and ethereal. Medium-bodied, aromas of cherry and tamarillo expended with rhubarb and orange, unveiling citrus zest; coconut, biscuit and almonds linger to a sustained, long finish. The textures are very fine, and the mouthfeel enlivened by acid precision drives a focused, long finish. Complex, coconut and idiosyncratic. Match with roasted pigeon and lamb over the next 5+ years. A blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay from Finca Los Árboles in Tunuyán 1,250M above sea level Uco Valley, Mendoza. Made under the Traditional Method, spent a minimum of 40 months on lees, 12.9% alc, 12 g/l RS. 18.5/20 pts (93 pts) May 2022 RRP $75
