Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is gently full, with aromas of stonefruit, melon, butter and roasted cashew. Medium-bodied, aromas of apricot, melon, intermixed with roasted cashew and clarified butter. The creamy palate carries bright fruit, complemented by fresh acidity and toasty elements. This Chardonnay is approachable with bright fruit and toasty complexity. Match with chicken and pork over the next 3 years. Handpicked, whole bunch pressed, fermented in French oak puncheons, 33% new. Indigenous fermentation and aged on full lees for 10 months, underwent MLF. 12.5% alc. 17.5/20 pts (88 pts) Apr 2026 RRP $36
