Bright, even, very pale straw yellow. The nose is fresh and vibrant with crisp aromas of green apple, passionfruit, guava, green herb and a hint of minerals. Medium-light bodied, elegantly presented with green apple, passionfruit and guava, melded with elderflower, chervil and lingered with saline. The wine is clean with purity, soft yet vibrant acidity and a smooth flow. Salinity carries a moreish, appetizing finish. Match with pan-fired sole fish and steamed green-lipped mussels over the next 3 years. Fermented to 12.5% alc. 18.5+/20 pts (94 pts) June 2023 RRP $30
