Bright, pale yellow, even colour throughout. The nose is distinctive, vibrant and fresh, packed with aromas of passionfruit, asparagus spears, chervil, stone and elderflower. Medium-light bodied, soft on the palate, sweet aromas of passionfruit, stonefruit, ripe pineapple melded with asparagus, chervil and elderflower, stony minerals linger to a delicate, sweet-fruited finish unveiling a hint of white spice. The fruit shows concentration and is intensely aromatic, balanced by complimenting herbaceous details. Soft, delicate acidity flows effortlessly to a long and spicy finish. This smooth, refined Sauvignon Blanc possesses sweet fruit, chervil, elderflower and herbaceous details, delicate acidity support, and stony minerals. 13.5% alc. Match with oven-baked brill and whipped goat's cheese over the next 2-3 years.
