Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is full, penetrating attractive ripe fruit of pineapple, guava and melon, intermixed with lemongrass and subtle floral. Medium-bodied, aromas of ripe pineapple, guava and melon have a concentrated core, unfolding white pepper dusting, lemongrass and a hint of blossom. The fruit is generous and sweet, with excellent concentration and balanced ripeness. Lively acidity integrates and supports a buoyant flow and length. This is an attractive Sauvignon Blanc with sweet, succulent tropical fruit features and balanced herbal details on an elegant, balanced flow. Match with Thai fishcakes and pull pork tacos over the next 3+ years. 13.5% alc.
