Bright, even, pale straw-yellow. This has a pungent, fresh bouquet bursting with aromas of lime, gooseberry underlying guava, basil and white spice. Medium-bodied, aromas of lime, gooseberry rounded by sweet guava, lime peels, sweet basil, blossom and a touch of white pepper. Fresh acidity cuts through the sweet fruit and flows with zesty details, lending a juicy, textural finish. This Sauvignon Blanc is generous with fruit, texture and a juicy line of acidity. Match with steamed mussels and pan-fried sole fish over the next 3 years.
