Bright, very pale blush pink, even colour throughout. The nose is elegant and gently full, packed with aromas of rose petals, strawberry, raspberry and a suggestion of herb. Medium-bodied, aromas of strawberry and raspberry intermixed with a touch of watermelon and rose petals. The fruit is juicy and clean, flows on a fresh acid line. Delicate, powdery phenolics adorn a silky palate. This vibrant, red-fruited Pinot rosé possesses crisp acidity and a smooth mouthfeel. Serve as aperitif or match with sushi over the next 2-3 years.
