Bright, even, pale yellow with a light green sheen. This has an intense, sweet-fruited, generous bouquet packed with aromas of passionfruit, blackcurrant, guava, underlined chervil and basil, along with white pepper and stony minerals. Medium-bodied, generous on the palate and well defined with layers, unveiling tropical fruit of passionfruit, blackcurrant and guava, followed by white pepper, minerals, basil and chervil. Chalky minerals leave a silky mouthfeel, and vibrant acidity injects good energy and flows to a refreshing, multi-layered finish. This Sauvignon Blanc shows well-defined layers of tropical fruit, stony minerals and spice supported by vibrant acidity and long finish. Match with grilled shrimp with roasted garlic herb sauce and lemongrass steamed mussels over the next 3-5 years. 13.5% alc.
