Quinta dos Roques Dao Branco 2011

Blended White from Portugal
Review Date : 09-Dec-2012
Lemony straw colour, the nose is fresh, lively and bright with cutting aromas of white stonefruits and subtle fresh herbs, the aromatics showing good intensity. Dry to taste, this is tight, and finely concentrated with cutting mineral and stonefruit flavours. The acid definition is crisp and racy, providing good tension and line, and leads to a zesty, but fine, dry, mouthwatering finish. A refreshing and racy, zesty wine to serve with seafood and poultry over the next 2-3+ years. A blend of Bical, Cercial, Encruzado and Malvasia, fermented to 13.5% alc. 17.5/20 Dec 2012 RRP $25.00
