Moderately deep dusty crimson, slightly lighter on edge. This has a soft, sweet-fruited bouquet of ripe strawberry, cherry, dark herbs, spice and a savoury nuance. Medium-bodied, bright on the entry with ripe strawberry and dark cherry unfolding a broody, earthy-toned undergrowth, dark herbs, nutmeg and cinnamon. The Velvety tannin framework reflects earthy undergrowth and savoury details, supported by an integrated acidity to a moody, earthy, long finish. This seductive Pinot Noir possesses bright fruit and a gradually earthy, savoury, broody finish. Match with roasted lamb shoulder and herby pork casserole over the next 5-7 years.
