Bright, even, pale yellow. The bead is vibrant, coarsely fine and persistent. The nose is soft, with aromas of apple, pear and a hint of yeasty note. Medium-light bodied, brisk aromas of apple and pear melded with creamy and yeasty nuances. Balanced acidity compliments creaminess and contributes a line and flow to a refreshing finish.
