Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is full, with aromas of Peckham pear, green apple, spice and umami overlay. Medium-bodied, aromas of pear, green apple and kumquat melded with five-spice, seaweed and beeswax. The fruit is vivid with an umami edge, flows with crisp acidity along an oily and waxy textured mouthfeel. Match pork scratching and sardines over the next 3 years.
