Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is rich, with aromas of stonefruit, honeysuckle, and a touch of spice. Full-bodied, off-dry to taste, aromas of peach and nectarine, melded with lemon peels, honeysuckle, nutmeg and ginger. The fruit is rich, showing some complexity with age, along with alcohol power and spice, carrying a bold presence. Gentle, ripe phenolics contribute to texture and refreshing acidity, lending a clean, enticing finish. Match with lemon chicken and Thai basil minced pork over the next 5 years. The fruit was gently pressed, free run juice was fermented in tank to 14.3% alc, 10.3 g/l RS. Aged in bottle for several years before releasing. 18.5/20 pts (93 pts) Apr 2026 RRP $30
