Bright, moderate yellow-gold with some depth, even colour throughout. The nose is full and complex, filled with aromas of honeysuckle, nutmeg, underlined mango, mandarin and lime zest. Full-bodied, off-dry to taste, mouth-filling aroma of mandarin, lime zest, and dried mango enriched by honey, nutmeg, and ginger. Spicy and rich palate broadens by mead like luscious honey; intense and unctuous on the palate. Acidity is lively and seamless, brings a balanced freshness to the rich palate. This is a rich and lush Muscat with a mouth-filling palate and a complex range of flavours. Match with chicken liver and aged hard cheese over the next 6-8 years.
