Full, deep purple with a ruby core, slightly lighter on the rim. This bouquet has an elegant depth penetrating blackberry, boysenberry, dark plum, vanilla and delicate spice aromas. Full-bodied, blackberry, boysenberry and dark plum aromas show purity, enriched by vanilla, clove, nutmeg and smoky minerals. Ripe, fine-grained tannin contributes to a velvety grip, reflecting a smoky mineral coating. Integrated, lacy acidity injects liveliness into the dark-fruited, concentrated palate. This Syrah shows the concentration and purity of fruit, adorned by a fine structure and mineral details.
