Full, deep purple with a ruby hue, lighter on the rim. The nose is full, with a rustic expression of ripe plum, blueberry tart, cola nut, vanilla and spice. Full-bodied, plum, blueberry and cola nut aromas intermixed with rich herbs, clove and cinnamon. The tannin is lightly grainy and forms a fine framework. Bright acidity provides vibrancy to a rich palate and carries a dark-toned finish.
