Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is full and sweet-fruited aromas of poached pear and baked apple, entwined with lily and an amalgam of spice. Full-bodied, off-dry to taste, aromas of poached pear and baked apple shows round edges and caramelized flavour, along with lily, cinnamon and nutmeg. The wine is full and generous with balanced acidity and a moreish finish. Match with Tonkatsu curry and Nasi lemak with sambal over the next 2 years. 13.5% alc. 17.5/20 pts (88 pts) Jan 2022 RRP $23
