Bright, even, pale blush pink. The nose is intense, packed with strawberry, cherry and sweet floral aromas. Medium-bodied, aromas of strawberry and cherry interweave with rose petals and subtle black pepper. The aromas are intense with depth, carried by crisp acidity, and a hint of peppery dusting on the finish adds interest. Serve as an aperitif or match with charcuteries over the next 3 years.
