Paddy Borthwick Pinot Rosé 2021, Wairarapa

Rosé from New Zealand - Wairarapa & Wellington
Review Date : 30-Jul-2021
Bright, pale strawberry blush with depth, even colour throughout. The nose is animated and packed with strawberry aroma, melded with red berries, red blossoms and stonefruit mix. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, aromas of red berries entwined with stonefruit and floral fragrance. The fruit is pure and mouth-filling, support by vibrant acidity and a fine-textured phenolic line. This is a vibrant, fruit-forward rosé with bright flavours and a fine palate. Serve as an aperitif with charcuteries over the next 2-3 years. 18/20 pts (90 pts) July 2021 RRP $21
