Pablo Claro Vino de la Tierra de Castilla Rosado 2015

Rose from Spain
Review Date : 12-Mar-2017
Pale candyfloss pink colour with purple tints, lighter on the rim. The nose is light with delicate red berry and floral aromas, the fruit very clean and uncomplicated, unfolding thirst-quenching mineral and herbal detail. Dryish to taste and medium-bodied, this has a rounded palate with bright and fresh, up-front flavours of redcurrants with lifted red florals. The mouthfeel is fine textured and refreshing with lacy acidity. The wine builds in body forming a good core that carries to a moderately lingering finish of redcurrants, florals and nuts. This is a rounded dry rosé with red currant and lifted florals on a gently refreshing palate. Serve with antipasto and tapa over the next 2 years. From Dominio de Punctum. 100% Bobal, fermented to 13.0% alc. Certified UE Agriculture organic. 17.5-/20 Mar 2017 RRP $17.90
