Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is expressive, with aromas of gooseberry, green tomato, citrus, guava and fennel. Medium-bodied, aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit zest and lime, intermixed with green tomato, guava and fennel. This Sauvignon Blanc features a citrus core, along with tropical fruit notes, complexed by fennel and herbaceous details. Unwavering, zesty acidity drives a crisp, salivating finish.
