Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is vibrant and distinctive; aromas of green capsicum overlaying passionfruit, white cassis and white spice. Medium-light bodied, aromas of passionfruit and cassis packed the palate, unfolding cardamom, green capsicum and a suggestion of melon on the finish. Generous aromas of fruit adorned with a hint of saline, alongside a ripe acid line, linger to a savoury finish. This crisp Sauvignon Blanc possesses generous fruit, balanced acidity and a lingering savoury finish.
