Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is fresh, with aromas of lime, guava, passionfruit, and cut grass. Medium-light bodied, aromas of lime lead the palate, intermixed with guava, passionfruit and cut grass. The tropical fruit contributes a plushness to the zappy acidity, flowing with vibrancy and lending a crisp finish. Match with sole fish and steamed clams over the next 2-3 years.
