Olivier Leflaive Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2013

Pinot Noir from France - Burgandy
Review Date : 01-Nov-2015
Light ruby-red with garnet hues, lighter on rim. The nose is light and uncomplicated with savoury red cherry aromas along with nuances of herbs, earth and some resinous seasoned oak. On palate, soft savoury strawberry fruits are melded with herbal elements. The fruit is light and the focus. There is some tannin grip and balanced acidity, lending vinosity, the fruit fading on the finish. This will hold another 3+ years. From 25 y.o. vines. 20% aged in barrel. 15.5+/20 Oct 2015 RRP $39.50
