Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is softly full, with aromas of gooseberry, lime and passionfruit. Medium-light bodied, aromas of lime and grapefruit peels melded with gooseberry and passionfruit. The fruit is ripe and vibrant, with taut acidity that rushes to a crisp finish. A lively, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. Match with seafood over the next 2-3 years. Fermented to 12% lac.
