Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is soft, with aromas of pear, apple, pear blossom and a touch of honey. Medium-light bodied, aromas of pear and apple melded with citrus skin, pear blossom and a touch of honey. The fruit is forward and refreshing and flows smoothly with lively acidity, lending a pleasing finish. Match with fish and pork over the next 2-3 years.
