Bright, even, pale yellow with a slight green hue. The nose is lifted, with aromas of citrus, apple and peach along with subtle floral. Medium-bodied, aromas of pomelo, peach and apple entwined with white floral and a touch of ginger. The silky palate flows with dusty phenolics and ripe acidity, carrying juicy fruit with a touch of spice throughout a textural mouthfeel. A generously fruited and textured Pinot Blanc.
